In this design, we sought to emphasize luxury and durability by following a high system in calculating proportions and complete symmetry, and highlighting the building's eastern character through the use of architectural elements from local Islamic architecture (such as arabesques and arches) and processing them in the building's frontage in a modernistic way, all which produced a very unique design.In addition to the design of the building in the shape of the letter U, embracing the garden, and highlighting the spiral staircase in the main axis as a masterpiece that gives an atmosphere of dynamism to the building's frontage, reduces intensity and gives a modern touch, as well as the distinctive night lighting distribution , which increased the elegance of the scene.
